2015 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES!
Our products are shipped Monday thru Wednesday only. Your orders arrive between Wednesday & Friday. NO Saturday deliveries.
Due to the high volume of delivery delays and weather conditions
in the US. Our deadline for placing and shipping any frozen food
items is 10:00 am PST on Monday December 21, 2015.
We do not guarantee and are not liable for orders being shipped
once they leave our facility. Any orders placed after 10:00 am
will be shipped on Monday December 28, 2015. Which will be our
only shipping day of New Years week, with a deadline of receiving
orders once again of 10:00 am pacific standard time.
Gift cards and apparel will follow as normal.
Once you read and understand our policies we will do our best to assure your order gets there as you requested. We ship with UPS 2nd day delivery. Shipping fees are calculated according to weight of package and distance. All orders are drop off orders, no signature required.
Order deadline for receiving shipping orders is 12:00 pm. Once your order is shipped we will reply to the email you provided with a tracking number. It is important you track your order with UPS with the phone number & website provided, UPS.com or call 800.377-4877. You are responsible for an opening a claim with UPS (800-377-4877) if your order is not delivered on time.
If you want your order to arrive on a specific day or if this is a gift and want to write a short message please specify under “Special Instructions”. Otherwise your order will be shipped between Mondays thru Wednesday & the recipient will not know who sent the package.
- We are not responsible for shipping to a wrong address/zip code that is on your order. If you entered a wrong shipping address please call us to correct this matter at 831.633.2152.
- Gift cards and apparel ordered online are mailed the following day unless placed on a weekend. You will receive it 2-4 business days. If the card is a gift for someone you are may write a short note under “Special Instructions”. We will notify you if an apparel item is out of stock via email.
We are not responsible for any orders not delivered on their scheduled delivery date or if an order was left at a UPS facility. We do not reship or refund on any orders unless it is an error on our part. Phil’s Fish Market & Eatery and UPS are not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control. Examples: inclement weather, road conditions due to weather, flooding, power outages, hail, heat waves. Please be aware of the weather conditions before placing your orders. Snow, rain, power outage, heat waves, flooding will delay orders arriving on time. It is important you track your order with UPS, call 800.742.5877 with questions or concerns with your order.
