Our product is shipped out Monday thru Wednesday only. Order deadline for shipping is 2:30pm. Any orders after that time will not be pulled until the next following work day. ALL orders will arrive Wednesday thru Friday. We ship with UPS 2nd day delivery. All orders are drop off orders, no signature required. So it takes 2 day?s to receive your order once it is shipped out.
Please specify under NOTES and REQUEST:
1. Specify the date when you want your order to arrive, please read our shipping days listed above.
2. If this order is a gift, it is important that you specify who it is for under Notes and Request and who the Cioppino will be from. Otherwise the recipient will not know whom this order came from.
3. If you do not specify the day you want your order to be shipped, it will be shipped out on the next shipping day automatically. You will be notified by email with a tracking # for UPS (phone # 1.800.742.5877)
4. Instructions to opening our Cioppino buckets are shipped in our gift packet along our menu and other goodies!
