Once you read and understand your shipping policy we will do our best to assure your order gets there as you requested.

Shipping fees are calculated according to weight of product and distance.

Our product is shipped out Monday through Wednesday only. Order deadline for shipping is 2:30pm. Any orders after that time will not be pulled until the next following work day. ALL orders will arrive Wednesday through Friday. We ship with UPS 2nd day delivery. All orders are drop off orders, no signature required. So it takes 2 days to receive your order once it is shipped out.We are not responsible for any orders not delivered on their scheduled delivery date. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control. Examples: inclement weather, road conditions due to weather, flooding, power outages. Please be aware of the weather conditions when placing your orders. Snow, rain, power outage, flooding will delay orders arriving on time.

Specify the date when you want your order to arrive, please read our shipping days listed above.

If this order is a gift, it is important that you specify who it is for under Notes and Request and who the gift will be from. Otherwise the recipient will not know whom this order came from.

If you do not specify the day you want your order to be shipped, it will be shipped out on the next shipping day automatically. You will be notified by email with a tracking # for UPS (phone # 1.800.742.5877)

Please remember to use our Notes and Request for any messages in regards to the order you are shipping. This will prevent any confusion.
